Red Rooster - WENTWORTHVILLE

HiI have been a regular customer of redrooster wenty for almost 7 yrs and recently management has changed and i went yesterday for a meal and had a terrible experience 1. The lady at the counter got worst customer service attitude as i paid the cash and handed it over to her in her hand and while shes giving me the change placed all the change and receipt and left without letting me know how much wait time.2.when handing over meal manager came up and he nodded his head towards me to come and pick up and when i said thank you didnt even respond.3. If you wanted to be treated as beggars plz visit.Tim

The chicken is really delicious and not greasy. Really impressive Salad! If I had to criticise anything, it would be the fact I asked for a Coke Life but I was given normal coke instead with no explanation. I would order from them again. Quick and friendly service!

We spent 36 dollar on this rubbish what a ripp off and waste of money, we got two chicken butger boxes, the burger was very dodgy chicken was overcooked brownish colour because i think the oil they use to deep fry is not fresh. There was a few hot chips and one peace of chicken with a burger how can they justify this to be $16 , i dont know. Too expencive and overpriced for what it is. Kfc is much cheaper. Never buy red rooster again in my life even if i am dying from hunger. Dont waste your money on this joint please.

Ordered Christmas chickens 7 days before Christmas, rang to confirm again- got there Christmas morning and NO chickens had been booked. Rude manager, had to travel to another store, lucky they were able to supply some on the spot. Thank you to the Merrylands store for saving the day, you now have our business. Never going to Wentworthville store again!!

No other choice, we tried this fast food place. Should still be open for 1 hour+ but they were cleaning the floor already. The whole place looked kind of dirty and going to the bathroom did not improve this image. Went here, across from Hungry Jacks (Austalias name for Burger King), because of the pulled Lamb sandwich. All was cold, boring and even for a fastfood joint, this was below average. If everything else is closed, I might go there again, to buy a coke.
