Mcdonald's - Wenatchee

I want to express my gratitude to the team at the Wenatchee, WA McDonald's. You were absolutely wonderful this morning! I was having breakfast with my daughter when the manager walked through the lobby looking for the owner of my vehicle, which had been hit by another customer. The staff witnessed the incident and quickly took photos of my car. They sent me the pictures and communicated with the police. Their assistance was invaluable, and I am incredibly thankful for their support and efforts! I’m a very happy customer, all thanks to the amazing crew!

I don't think this McDonald's has ever messed up my order, and I've been there at least 20 times over the last four years. The location in East Wenatchee always seems to have issues. On my recent morning visit, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit along with an Egg McMuffin. Half of the biscuits and muffins were missing, but the food was good, just like at any other McDonald's. It's disappointing that you can’t eat inside; I had to dine outside the building. I also had a coffee that wasn’t quite right, so I had to bring it up with the staff. The restaurant has been recently renovated and is kept quite clean. I wasn’t thrilled with the customer service, but I don’t expect much these days. Overall, I would recommend this McDonald's, and I plan to return.

Mickie D's has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. I love their chicken nuggets, Big Macs, and the double cheeseburger meals. McDonald's has been my go-to choice since childhood, especially when I'm unsure of what I want to eat.

Although the food was good, I saw a total of seven workers and none of them smiled not even a touch of a smile they all look like they wanted to die. Please smile next time

There was an ambassador who greeted customers and asked if assistance was needed? In my case, I had ordered with the app, so the person followed up with kitchen staff to check on it.
