Cookies are delicious and good selection of stuff. Some staff seem prickly but overall welcoming.

Friendly staff. good selection of beers and treats. good specials every week night. great location right on the river too.

From the moment we walked in, we didn't feel welcomed. Nobody said hi, they just ignored us. We ordered a 8oz latte and a beer. The lady said What do you want Wow...really? I've worked in hotels for 12 years and would never say that to a guest. Another employee thought it was a good idea to stand over us, rather than working, watching climbers. Literally, right behind us I could almost feel her breathing on the back of my neck. I have never felt so uncomfortable. There were 2 pastries available. 2! On a Friday night? I really wanted to experience this place. Unfortunately, I won't be back. We didn't stay for another beer. Save your money and time and head down to Nova on Fridays. We're here now and this place knows how to run a business.
