Out of 10 times we order at the drive thru 9 the order is incomplete

Order was wrong, service wasn't great, food was terrible. Cold, dry and old.

Many choices of good food. Quick and accurate service.

Staff was not paying attention to either drive through or dine in orders. They were all just standing there when we came in and stood at the counter for almost 5 mins before they greeted

We ordered through Uber eats. The delivery was great. The actual restaurant service sucked. They completely botched the order. Not once but twice! My delivery guy went back and got the large drink and fries. He actually texted me from the restaurant to reconfirm. The drink was wrong and the large fry container was only half full. It was a late night order and I live 3 minutes from there and I was the only delivery. The food wasn’t fresh. Not sure the reading level of the night shift employees or if they drug test upon hiring. It’s really sad that the easiest jobs are the hardest for too many people. They need to just shut this store down. They can’t get quality employees.
