China Buffet - Wenatchee

I've been coming here since I was a kid, and I absolutely love their food, especially the little donuts. It would be great if they offered more options, but the customer service is pretty good.

We're here tonight and it was very good. Very good. I was afraid they were somehow connected to the stubborn Super China Star Buffet over the river in East Wenatchee, but they could not be different. The shop and food bar was clean and welcoming. The food looked and smelled fresh, although we were pretty late. It was a good experience. Her pineapple chicken was a delicious novelty - and the red grill chicken spits and pan meerrote potsticker, while certainly nothing new was done perfectly and I ended eating a lot of both. A strange thing was what I thought was that I would be pork filled xia-ziu dimp balls that ended up filled with a bland custard - but that seemed more of a cultural not my thing experience than any criticism of the food. Overall I found the best Asian buffet food in the city!

The service was quite good. It took a little longer than expected for my first drink to arrive, but the refills came quickly. While some reviewers mentioned that the food was bland, I found it to have a good flavor. As noted in other reviews, the food options are somewhat limited. Overall, I believe this place deserves a solid 4.0 rating, which is definitely better than its current score of 3.3.
