Big Moe's Diner - Wembley

If only we’d have read the reviews before we went into this place. Upon arrival it looks really well themed to a 1950’s diner in America. That is all this place has going for it. Rude staff, dirty glasses and cutlery. The menu is a big surprise because you cannot buy what you would expect in an ‘American Diner’………. No alcohol on sale, no traditional pork hotdogs. This place is fully Halal and therefore one big con and ripoff. Along with the poor staff and dirty environment, it’s one to avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other food places around, do yourself a big favour and visit them. RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH

Disappointed with this restaurant. First thoughts were great, looks amazing but staff are just arrogant, we paid for our meal at the bar and we’re not told that they had our service charge on until after we paid. Once we got our drinks i had to ask for another glass as mine was covered in god knows what

The branding is a huge con. This is a halal restaurant which does not serve alcohol, disguised as a 50’s American diner.. oh the irony. Food is very average for the price range and the atmosphere is.. Not there. Don’t waste your money and find a Five Guys or TGI if this is the food you are looking for.

Staff couldn 't look less happy to be there, despite signs plastered all over the place claiming 'smiling is infectious ', maybe someone should let the employees know. Seated quick enough, but then had to get back up to order at the bar. No alcohol served here either just 'soda ', which tasted cheap as anything. Ordered our food and despite the restaurant not being that busy it took a good 35 minutes for the food to come out. We could see other tables food sat under the heat lamps waiting to go out, but there was just one waitress taking food, and half the time she was just staring at it. When ours finally arrived it was DRY, and the chips were cold. We ate anyway as we were starving, but couldn 't find any staff to complain on the way out so just left. Don 't even bother!!!!

A terrible experience i ever had. From order food for 10 mins, grilled chicken and beef are already on the table, must be pre cooked and microwaved.. mac and cheese is tasteless, with plenty of dried crumbs on top with 0 taste. lots of Big disappointment. However, they are charging service charge by not providing service AT ALL. Around 80 pounds for the meal for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not value for money and bad bad food.
