Turkish Kitchen - Welwyn Hatfield

My colleague and I came here on our way to work and ordered eggs at 11.10, and were left alone. After waiting for 40 minutes (and having to pay for an extra hour of parking) we asked where our food was and we’re told that the waitress had forgotten to put our order though. There were some rushed apologies but nothing that made us feel anyone was actually sorry that we were now hungry with no time to eat before work. Every staff member had walked past our table and made eye contact with me but ultimately ignored us. They were aware we hadn’t eaten, no matter how many times they told us otherwise. There were only 3 tables, there was absolutely no way you could lose track. I sincerely hope you train your staff a little better in the future, I found the wait staff to be inconsiderate and much more interested in flirting amongst themselves than paying attention to customers. We were given the latte my colleague had for free, as a gesture to make it right, which I am appreciative of, so I They don’t deserve one star, but this was awful service.

Appalling service, rude and unhelpful staff, very slow. The waiting staff and surly, unfriendly, terse, really have no understanding of customer service at all

We went for dinner on Friday evening and had the most fantastic Turkish meal. having lived in Ankara for 7 years I can honestly say this is the best meal we have had since leaving Turkey. We had the hot and cold starter platters then lamb and chicken kebabs and the spicy chicken wings, all incredibly tasty. The service was great too and the staff friendly and helpful.

Delicious advocado,feta and poached eggs on sourdough. It's how the eggs are cooked to perfection that stands it apart as does the presentation.

Absolutely unacceptable service, forgotten order after 1 hr wait. Ten minutes later, told no fruit left for pancakes, offered us some free drinks but even forgot to bring them over. food arrived barely warm. they had the cheek to take 10% off the bill!!! and the bill was wrong. I will never go back and would certainly not be recommending this place to anyone This was on mothers day too so totally ruined my mums day
