Bebo Cafe Welwyn Garden City

My favourite cafe in Welwyn, it has character, not the usual overcharging highly pretentious cafe’, this place has the best atmosphere, delicious simple meals, together with the friendliest staff, really well done to everyone at Bebo, especially Brigi, who went above and beyond looking after myself and my family.

Saturday the 16th of march I went to bebo and had a jacket potato with beans and a coffee there was a middle aged man (serving coffee and tea) he was quite rude to me and my family he brought over my food and my coffee and the coffee was cold I asked for another coffee due to the incompetence of that man he couldn’t deliver my coffee quickly he yelled at me saying it’s not his fault and refused to make me another, I paid for another coffee and received it myself the man possibly a manager was shouting at the workers and customers he was really rude. He looked like he was in his 40’s and had a bold spot on his head. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY

Manager don’t treat workers with the respect that they deserved. He was awful and I can’t believe how he treats his employees like this making them feel so bad, as I was leaving through the snug to get to the bus stop I saw a young workers stressing out and some crying

I’ve been here before and is usually a pleasant place, however today was dreadful! I witnessed some man (must have been the manager) shout and swear at all his staff!! Absolutely vile, no staff members should be treated like that, especially by a middle aged man with a superiority complex against young girls! Disgusting man! Not coming back!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE

Has the potential to be really good but service is slow and it’s always a bit bland
