Jake's Seafood - Wells Beach Station

Fries and a clam chowder from there and had to leave a review because the lobster was so disappointing bland. Probably the worst part we've ever had. It was watery and tasted nothing like lobster. The two stars are for the friendly staff and good riders, but we feel somehow demolished.

This place was too expensive. The food wasn't the same with the pay. Spent $78 for a lobster roll two beers and a chicken sandwich. A little later on the street, three lobsters were two beers and it cost less. And lobster was fresh. This place has new property and has gone to the hill. Save your money with the locals and they won?t send you here. When in Maine looking to catch fishermen or well beach lobster pounds!

We stumbled upon this delicious restaurant on our way back from our end of summer vacation. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. What impressed me most was how impeccably clean the entire place was, from the terrace to the bathroom and even the kitchen! I would definitely be happy to visit again next summer.

Meh. Good location right in front of the heavy traffic area of Ogunquit. The exterior seats were very nice and clean. The food was super moderate. I had the lobster poutins and it was just okay. The lobster was mushy and blanching. We also tried the fried Schellfisch. That was Bland too. Overall, the place is nice and the staff is friendly, but the food is not very good.

The clam dinners and fish dinners at this restaurant were delicious! Each dish came with generous portions, and there was plenty of outdoor seating available.
