Wow! What a place.We walked in and were instantly greeted like regulars. Free juke box on Sunday, very warm and welcoming locals. They sat ,drank and laughed with us until closing. Verity was awesome behind the bar. Warm , welcoming and attentive . We would give this place 10 stars if we could. Great place everyone involved in creating this space. Long may it prosper. We absolutely have to return. Worth the 2 hour drive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you've ever watched Cheers, then it's basically the same thing. Down to a man I'm told is always there and has his own stool. Ironically called Cliff and not Norm, but that's close enough. Also, live music, depending on how you feel about that

Having spent the last two nights in this pub, I have to say it was brilliant. The friendliness we were shown by everyone, the excellent very reasonably priced wine, the funny naughty puppy all added to a great experience. Loved it and would recommend. Thanks
