Burgerfi - Wellington

I frequently eat at this specific location in Wellington several times a week and I am always impressed. The food is delicious and the restaurant is always clean! During my recent visit, I experienced a small issue while ordering online (which was not the fault of the restaurant), but the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. I accidentally selected delivery instead of pickup, but they quickly made the necessary corrections without any hesitation and were very eager to assist. Within 5 minutes, my order was ready for pickup. I highly recommend this Burgerfy location to anyone craving tasty burgers! Thank you for providing excellent service in every aspect.

In my opinion, this restaurant offers the best burgers in the area. There are plenty of options, including some alternative choices. They also offer wagyu burgers, which are fantastic. My personal favorite is the CEO burger. The only downside is the price, but it is definitely worth it.

I agree with another reviewer that this restaurant is a bit overpriced for average burgers that are on the thin side. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, with the staff lazily placing bacon on the side of a bacon burger and not wanting to put the sauce on the side, resulting in no sauce at all. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with a cool industrial vibe. While I would be more forgiving if this was an isolated incident, it seems to be a recurring issue at BurgerFi locations. Despite wanting to like this chain, they continue to miss the mark. I can find a better quality burger with a nicer atmosphere and table service for the same price elsewhere. As a result, I have decided to frequent another restaurant for my burger fix. Additionally, their iced tea is bottled rather than freshly brewed, a disappointment compared to establishments like Wendy’s that offer fresh brewed iced tea.

If they happen to come for food, they have a vegan impossible burger available. they need to ask to be vegan because the original bungalow is not vegan. if they are vegetarian, the impossible burger should be as good as it is. their french fries are cooked in the same frit as their buttermilk wobble rings (I was told directly by the personal) so there is cross-contamination, but they have always made me aware of it. I enjoy the burger, but it's really the only way to eat when they are vegan, which can sometimes be a bummer. they also make it more expensive than some of their other burgers that can be frustrating as it is the only option that will get the Veg-Eaters. good tasting, but some of the principles that are available for inclusiveness are missing.

We had a great experience at BurgerFi today. Rachel, the manager, was amazing. She went about the dining room a few times, cleaning and checking on all customers. Sofia did a great job with our order, and everything came great! All employees were like a team, and it showed. My wife and I were really impressed by the great customer service the high quality of our foods.
