Domino's Pizza Newtown (nz)

I was warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady with stunning braids in her hair. She was very patient as I tried to decide what to order from the extensive menu. I will definitely return—her smile brightened my day, and I've never been so pleased with customer service at a restaurant before.

Ordered vegorama with added wedges (extra $2.40) and BBQ sauce on the side and got this? Missing ingredients entirely, wrong sauce and sorry, THIS is additional wedges. Ordered on Uber and was prompted to call the store for a delivery update when it was incorrectly marked as delivered couldn’t even get a sentence out before I was cut of with “yeah it’s on the way.” Was hung up on before I even had time to say thank you. Only good part was the poor teenage delivery driver, who was clearly trying to do a good job. May as well just eat a slice of bread.

I don't expect much from Dominos. I do however expect my pizza to arrive with a base sauce and cheese... How do you even manage to forget the cheese?? I just got a cracker with vege and chicken on it +Pizza was cold, had no cheese, peri peri sauce or creme freche as ordered and was a bit overcooked. Ordered 2 custard puffs but got 2 more peperoni instead.

Great experience! I ordered for takeout, and it was really good. The layout of the place is unconventional and smart, which is a big plus.

The service was quick, but my overall experience was not enjoyable due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The manager should consider adjusting his body language, as it came across as quite aggressive.
