An OK commercial bakery. <br/ <br/ A small cafe/bakery with seating for perhaps a dozen, selling good quality bread, cakes, slices and pies. At the commercial end of the artisan scale and not my first stop for bread or cakes. As another reviewer noted the whole cakes are good to buy and bring along for a quick and simple work do. <br/ Yesterday's visit got me the steak and kidney pie which is dense with meat, good flavour and the pastry is ok. An afghan pleasant but not better than that.<br/ <br/ Coffee L'affare and inoffensive, well made and the staff are lovely.<br/ <br/ Overall a good middle of the road bakery/cafe, reasonable coffee and an easy stop to buy standard work do pastries.
