Starbucks - Wellington

Love the coffee and location. For as long as I can remember this Starbucks is like a meat locker. The inside temp must be in the mid to lower 60s. Very uncomfortable to stay inside. Please check the thermostat, a hood chance to save expense and give more customers a comfortable sit down to enjoy the coffee.

There’s an extremely long wait time going through the drive-thru. I’ve been sitting in line for 30 minutes currently

I used to really enjoy this Starbucks and the staff who worked there. However, most of the current employees are new or filling in from other locations, and the experience just isn’t the same. The atmosphere feels off; they tend to stare at you for a moment before even saying hello, and the service is very slow. I can deal with a slower pace if my coffee is prepared correctly, but on my last three visits, I've been served what looks like mud or a cloudy mess. There’s either no oat milk at all or there’s so much that it completely overpowers the flavor. There’s no happy medium. Come on, Starbucks, your drinks are too pricey to be made incorrectly.

I generally love Starbucks, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered four drinks, and unfortunately, all of them tasted burnt. We returned them and received replacements, but those were burnt too. I'm not sure what went wrong that day; perhaps it was because we visited in the evening. This review is based solely on that visit, and I plan to return to see if things improve.
