Great place to eat fast food, clean and nice staff.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.. You never get my order in this store. I don't understand the difficulty. Please change the manager and staff to someone who takes care of this facility. Honestly speaking with Starbucks in the same middle, this place should work to get everything right. Today I asked about 5 cream and 8 sugar, I got NO SUGAR. I asked for 2 bagels with cream cheese, and I don't get roasted and 1 with cream cheese. SOMEONE HELP DIESER PLACE!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I always give them an attempt as they are on the way to get my daughter from school, but today was the last time. Not only did they make the people in the car ride wait more than 5 minutes to even order, they still got my coffee wrong after checking what it was and gave me two spoiled coolata?s for my children. We had to leave them literally when we came home. There were two people who worked, and all they did was talk and let the people wait while I was in the window. Ridiculous don?t give this position your business they are a joke.

I? ve has never done such an assessment before, but that was the worst customer service I experienced at any Dunkin? Donuts ever. Ordnete by driving through and they were extremely rude and gave a lot of attitude to my friend who is extremely polite. We just wanted two very simple coffees (hot coffee with cream and ice cream with caramel) and they were interrupting before they had finished talking. You could hear the lady in the background and make very rude comments and interrupt the guy who takes our order. They gave us passively aggressive drinks and didn't even give us a reception. I also like sweet drinks, but the ice cream coffee order tasted like he had no coffee. It tasted like a caramel and cream I couldn't even drink. I've never seen anything like this before and was very shocked.

They sweeten my drink EVERY time when I ask for UNSWEETENED. I repeat myself more than once every time and still drive away with a sweetened drink and wasted money. IM DIABETIC AND CANT HAVE SUGAR. They should also work on their attitudes. Have a good time messing up everyone?s drinks that they wait 15 minutes for because you won?t be seeing me or my family any more!
