Luciano's Pizzeria(welland Ontario)

I think we can all agree that customer service has suffered across the board since Covid, but at Luciano’s, that’s not the case. In my opinion, they serve the best pizza in Welland, and it has been my go-to spot for the past six months. Despite some negative reviews I’ve seen on Google, I’m so glad I didn’t pay them any mind. Luciano’s truly stands out as the best pizza place in the city, both in terms of quality and customer service.

This was my first time ordering from Luciano's, and I won't be ordering again. I got a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, 2 pounds of wings, and a medium gluten-free pizza for $76 delivered. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza was terrible—dry, hard crust and mushy on the inside. I didn't even know that was possible! The sauce on the wings was tasty, but they were really dry. The only redeeming part of the meal was the regular pizza.

I ordered eight pizzas from this restaurant, and my experience was seamless! They were freshly prepared and ready for pickup when I arrived. All eight pizzas were exactly as I had ordered. The prices were reasonable, and while the pizzas tasted good, they weren't anything extraordinary. They were slightly on the dry side, but I actually prefer that over the excessively oily pizzas found at many other places!

Placed an order for a tray and 2lbs of wings. Recieved a total of 12 wings. Website clearly says 8-10 wings per pound. Do not order wings from this place, the owner nickel and dimes like they're made of gold. Contacted them to see if a mistake was made and they lied saying that they were jumbo wings and that 12 wings for $25 was a normal amount.

Always our go-to place for very good pizza. Wings and pizza have always been made above expectations.
