Domino's Pizza - Welland

This Domino's location is always very quick even when busy during supper hours. The location is usually busy with customers, but the staff is well organized and the place is always clean you can see the whole kitchen and it looks very tidy and organized. The pizza is what you expect from Domino's nothing fancy, but consistent. Pricing is good and this location has some local deals make sure you ask about the deals before ordering for a slight savings (usually a few dollars per order).

There are plenty of excellent pizza options in Welland, so it was a mistake on my part to keep choosing Dominos for delivery. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion, my pizza arrived cold and not as I had requested. Despite receiving a credit for the mistake, I was still charged for the delivery fee and tip. I would recommend ordering from a different restaurant to save yourself the frustration.

I ordered the extra large build-your-own pizza. I must say, the online ordering system is nearly flawless. You can select toppings one by one and choose to have them on only half of the pizza if you prefer. The pizza was prepared quickly and you can track its progress on the website. It was very user-friendly. However, my family found the sauce to be overly spicy. I believe it is a proprietary recipe and I am unsure how they have repeat customers with such a fiery sauce. My mouth is still on fire. Overall, I would give it an A+ but unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them again.

Suppose to get a free 2 topping pizza that wasnt specified until I was done ordering . Rather then knock off the free price I got charged 30 dollars which should of worked out to 14 for what I ordered .the driver was rude by not even answering me when I said hello and thankyou. Just glared and walked away. I've been a long time customer until today .never again . I will be ordering elsewhere

I ordered from here because of the tv commercial, bad mistake. We ordered pizza and wings never again. The pizza was soggy and the wings look like they were from a budgie. Seriously the worst pizza and wings I have ever had.
