Groenhuijs - Welkom

EXCELLENT experience at Groenhuijs. It is inside a nursery and right next to their actual greenhouse. Staff was friendly, food was great and gave an authentic Welkom experience. Highlights include the lemon water self service and the lemon and lime trees. The mexican chicken burger was exceptional and so were the cookies they served with their hot drinks, we got a pack of those to go.

The restaurant has by far the best atmosphere in Welkom, the flower nursery provides an abundance of pleasant scents along with a serene feel . The food is delicious with filling portions .

Food and coffee is amazing, but the service is even better. Honestly the best service I’ve seen in Welkom and surrounds! (Quiet and beautiful setting)

Shaun was absolutely the best server! Friendly, attentive, went the extra mile for us. The atmosphere dining under the trees surrounded by flowers was beautiful and made for a pleasant breakfast experience!
