Mcdonald's - Weirton

Mcdonalds location where I was, they literally forget every time I order pickup. the last 7 commands, last year, had either 1 or 2 dinges missing, which forced me to go in. I once got someone else job with me and I was the only car in the ship! I wrote to the company, but nothing came from it.

Not to use in or out dined .stop ladies room was very happy to see the restaurant was tidy and so was the bathroom

So I came through the thru drive and ordered an icy plaque with 2 pumps liquid sugar in it. the order was submitted correctly by the orderer, but the finished product was not. I got an ice cold latte without coffee. only milk and ice cream. While waiting, I heard the woman asking for more expresso drilling for the machine, but she still gives me my drink without knowing that he was outside. she added more milk to the cup to make the difference and gave me a cup of milk. not happy I paid $4.00 for the drink for nothing. thanks for my glass cold milk!

I ordered a sweet tee/unsweet tea (half half) no ice, lemon. How can you screw this up? my tee had ice and no lemon. that was in the weirton mcdonald’s on three springs drive

Stopped in just as Dining room closed with a van full of teenagers. Knowing that all those kids would take FOREVER in the drive-thru with individual orders, I knocked on the dining room door, and they actually answered! I kept everyone outside at the tables in front, but they gave their orders to a crew member who wrote them all down, and processed the transaction inside, before bringing everyones food out to them!Superb customer service! The crew members never once showed frustration or aggravation, delivering world-class service with smiles!For going the extra mile, I give 5 stars and 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!
