A dream that food so delicious, the beer so good and the operation flink and nice.
Yesterday evening we were on the occasion of our 11th Wedding stags in Weimar in the Gasthausbrauerei Felsenkeller. Natural cuisine with a clear map, but with brewed beer. Plates were abundantly occupied, with the Pommes still needed some time. It is important, it has tasted us both and the way from Gera to Weimar has rewarded itself. After a newspaper article and a TV report, we wanted to meet Conny and Maik. These are the two robots that bring the food to the table and then pick up the plates again. Certainly this is strange for some and may not have much more to do with gastronomy. But while the nice real service served the food she said, it is a great relief for the service workers and that the purchase was worth. This has also been mentioned before in the reports, particularly with regard to staff shortages. We liked it and that's the main thing. I took beer in 1 liter bottles. Currently there is a winter beer as a seasonal beer. There are also other varieties, including Pils. For us, it is not always possible to simply go on and go to eat. We need to research and make calls to make sure that the restaurant is actually barrier-free (in all areas). This is often very annoying, but that's how it is. There was everything there!
Very, very delicious food. The restaurant is really cozy. Very recommended. Prices also vote.
The tour with tasting and subsequent food was great.
