In my view, there is only an increase in the meat that could be more delicate (may be more likely to work with Sous vide). The wine card is excellent.
The Vorderhus is not a restaurant for fast hunger, but a very conscious decision and always a great idea for giving away. Here not only the eye eats, but also the heart and the soul. Each court is well announced and presented again with a few personal words. This makes the attention to detail to be felt in every respect. Due to the manageable seating offers in combination with the lovingly decorated interior, the whole has a very special flair and you feel secretly like in your own four walls. The menu is also not overloaded, but is deliberately provided with an exquisite selection of dishes. In short, the Vorerhus is a restaurant like no other in this region and is always worth a visit if you want to enjoy yourself or others.
