Luzern Bangkok - Weggis

Had a lunch of Bangkok dishes on a rainy and, boy, what a surprise. Tasty, tasty, tasty. Very attractively presented and freshly prepared. I would most definitely recommend eating here.

What a dream location, directly on the lake! And the food might “Bangkok”, but it is also very Swiss! The wife of the owner offers Far East food, but you can have those great Swiss lake Vierwaldstätter fish varieties. Try to go: for the food AND the location!

This is a very good restaurant with quality Thai food, while in the evenings also serving tasty pizza. The prices are high, but relatively to the region they're on average level and definitely worth the gastronomic pleasure you'll receive there. It also has a nice outdoor (but shaded with trees and umbrellas) terrace overlooking the lake, and it's nice to eat there both during the day and in the evenings. Besides, it offers a lunch menu on working days.

Die Lage am See ist traumhaft, der Service war super.Die Pizza war sehr gut, das asiatische Essen war kaum gewürzt und die Menge war nicht sehr gross, meinem Mann hätte es nicht gereicht.Das Dessert war nicht frisch zubereitet, was ich bei dieser Preisklasse erwarte.Schade

Leider kann ich nur die schöne Lage am See unter den Bäumen positiv bewerten. Die Rehschnitzel waren durchgekocht, das Entrecote glich einem Bratenstück. Die Weinprese sind zu hoch angesetzt. Der Service war zwar locker aber unprofessionell. Einzig die Teigwaren kann an als gelungen bezeichnen. Das Fleisch war kalt und zu dünn geschnitten. Schade um die Toplage.
