I’ve been shopping here for years. The front end managers and pharmacy staff are good. Some of the other staff are not. Super slow on cashier, expect customers to get out of their way and bag prizes food with perishables what happened?! When I made a complaint to the Manager, the response was not professional. Just a “we aren’t changing anything” comment. As for the produce, in the last year I have thrown out many fruits and vegetables. Never had that problem before. I’m guessing it’s storage, etc. Yup, just decided to change my store to Penfield.
I shopped at the Empire Blvd Wegmans and I got three sushi trays, two with shrimps one had scallops.within hours my stomach started grumbling within 12 hours the vomiting started that lasted more than two hours. my wife also got sick but not as bad. I WILL NEVER BUY SUSHI FROM WEGMANS AGAIN THAT WAS PRE-PREPARED. I got so sick I was ready to go to an ER room. Trip Advisor needs to start a ZERO STAR option for situations like this.
