Bj's Brewhouse Clear Lake - Webster

We tried this BJ's by BayBrook and I can say it didn't disappoint. The server we had was awesome he attended to us very well and we never had to ask or flag him down because he was attentive. The food was delicious as always and we made sure to get a welldone burger . You can't go wrong with BJ's

I had a fantastic birthday celebration! Our server was excellent and took wonderful care of our group of 19. The food arrived promptly, and she consistently kept our drinks full. Thank you very much!

I really regret choosing carryout. If there's a mistake with your order, it's likely to happen when you're already miles away and probably less inclined to voice your complaint, especially since you've already tipped. What I received was nowhere near a real deep-dish pizza—it's not even close. It's concerning that the chef thought it was acceptable to serve this. I've begun to understand why delivery and drive-thru orders often end up like this. If I had been served this in the restaurant, I would have sent it back and expected an apology for wasting my time. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for takeout deep-dish pizza.

I absolutely love this BJ's location. The staff is incredibly friendly, but my best experiences have been with Sunshine. She is a fantastic asset to BJ's. Professional, kind, and attentive, she resolves issues without any excuses. Because of her, I will keep returning to this restaurant. I came across a troubling review with negative comments about Sunshine, which I can hardly believe. Every time I've visited, she has been nothing but professional and courteous. My neighbors and I often discuss how great she is; she is the main reason we keep coming back.
