Lennys Grill Subs - Webster

This place sucks. Do not order through DoorDash. They like to blame DoorDash but they can’t put the orders together right. Got 2 ham subs ordered a steak sub and neither DoorDash or Lenny’s wants to fix it. Seeing the response y’all didn’t offer any recompensation when I called and you blamed it on DoorDash. You did not offer to have my correct meal sent to me while we were on the phone. So don’t act like you were all high and mighty when your service actually sucks. U asked for my correct meal to be delivered and you refused.

I just had the new Philly cheese hot dog. It was amazing. The service here is excellent and the owners are very friendly. I highly recommend Lenny's. They are so much better than other places. Thank you.

First off the sub was delicious and probably the best in the city. The problem was you couldn't speak English to this woman no matter what she barely understood and after a while she finally got what I was saying but still couldn't get me everything I wanted and needed. It was kind of insane. Also I guess they don't serve potato salad here anymore even though that was one of the best things they had as a side. Other than that she made the sub well and it was delicious it just took a long time to communicate what I wanted

Ever since I discovered this gem, I have refused to eat subs at any other restaurant. Hands down the absolute BEST!! My order is always accurate and the vegetables are fresh. The staff is very welcoming and kind. I would literally eat here everyday if I could. An absolute must try...they will not disappoint.

The bread was so hard it crunched on every bite. Not just the crust but through it as well. It was like eating a cruton sandwich. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. Someone doesn't seem to care about the quality of the food. They had to know just by picking it up that it was stale and hard. There is no excuse. Might be time to close up shop or hire new people who understand quality control while serving food.
