I placed a pickup order on call at this location and made a special request to not add pickels in my Stromboli due to allergy reasons. However, I received it with a Stromboli which I figured after getting home. Upon calling to the customer service to discuss this issue, I was asked CAN YOU NOT EAT IT AT ALL? IS IS NOT EDIBLE?. What kind of a question was this. Pathetic service. Had to go again and get a new one.

The WORST customer service!!! Unbelievable. Just had an atrocious experience and will never be coming back here. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Absolutely garbage employees, never had such a bad experience at pizza pizza.

ZERO stars is what this place deserves after what happened today. I will never be coming back here and will continue to warn other customers. Disgusting management, rude staff, and poor customer service skills. Unprofessional like you’ve never seen before. Save your money.

This location is the best pizza maker… I have tried different locations and I must confess they are good at what they do. Never had a single problem with my order form them. Anyone around Winston church hill and 401, this location is highly recommended. You will thank me later.Vegetarian options: Simply the best go try it yourself
