Extremely horrible customer service. Dealt with a light skinned short brown girl at about 7:00pm today.I asked for 1 $8.99 2 topping pizza deal. First initial brown girl cashier was nice and punched it into the cash register to give to me. Then this short light skinned brown girl came and erased the register saying that I cannot get it and said I have to order 2. I have been getting it as 1 medium $8.99 order for over 2 years at this location. Always had a pleasant experience here until today with this girl.

If you like pizza they have great pizza and they are quick to serve you and miss you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a fresh pizza to be made other than that they have washrooms and dining area. They the washroom is of women and men's shared one so you have to use this code to get in, it's pretty clean inside other than when men pee on the toilet, LOL and I have to wipe it off and put the toilet paper all around other than that they have an outside patio with a two benches you can sit on. They have a parking area with about 10 parking spots or less on the elder right side of the building if you're facing it from Dundas Street. Sometimes on nice days it gets pretty busy or otherwise there's usually just a couple of customers inside. They have handicap parking they have handicap doors or you can push the button and they open on their own for you. They have very clean and very nice stuff they're very friendly and tend towards your needs when you ask for something as soon as you asked for it.Parking: If you're facing the pizza pizza from Dundas the parking is on the right hand side of the building, there are about ten parking spots or less. They have a handicap parking spot as well.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and they have the button to push the door to go open on its own for you so if you're in a wheelchair it's easy accessibility to get inside the building.

Everything is very narrow and there is no place to properly sit at the table. try to avoid this place. was told to pay extra for the bacon that comes with the pizza because I buy the whole pizza and not in pieces/slices . horrible…

As far as Pizza Pizza goes, this is probably one of the better ones in the city. My personal favourite is a thin crust gourmet pizza with creamy garlic sauce, pepperoni, and feta cheese they consistently deliver on that
