Best location I’ve been to!The service is top tier- friendly faces and lots of laughs. Every time I’ve been in, not only am I greeted warmly, but so many people walk out with smiles because of the man and woman working. They are fantastic!Not only is the service great but the food is fresh. Softest bread every time like it just came out the oven! Thank you team for going above and beyond for your customers! ?

Just terrible customer service from the owner. My 6 and 4 yr olds had been saving up their toonie allowance for 2 weeks and agreed to combine their earned money to buy a sub lunch. The owner commented to us as being “cheap” and the only reason we’re here is because of our coupon. (Small sub, cookies and drink $7.69). At cash out he didn’t even apply the coupon?! And argued with me about the calculation. Last time I’ll set foot in this store to support local small business.

I echo other reviews. The older man there needs to go. Very RUDE person. I asked for extra mayonnaise on my sub, that's it. He replied by telling me if I have a heart attack, he doesn't care, simply because I asked for a little extra mayonnaise.Why is he so angry and miserable?First and last time ever supporting this Mr.Sub.Do better and let that old miserable, angry man retire.

Everything in the restaurant was sparkling clean! Mark was fantastic and friendly. Great price and fresh ingredients!
