Gotta say this was the worst service I've had in a long time. Initially things went well we were greeted politely and seated promptly. Our server, Zach, came right away and took our drink order and we seemed to have a good rapport. Then it all went south. The drinks, 2 draft beer, took a long time to come and then when they did we ordered our appie and I thought that given the time it was taking this person to get things done we'd better order our mains. Mistake number one. We waited a good half hour and there was no sign of our server or our appie. We were toward the end of our beer with no offer to supply a second or any sign of an appie. I was under the impression he'd decided to take a break (at our expense). Suddenly the server appeared with our mains, did not supply any cutlery to eat with and when reminded about the appie he appeared flustered and hurried away. Then we sat wondering if he'd gone to get us some cutlery. Nope not happening. I went up to the reception desk and asked if we could have cutlery and told them to cancel the appie. They did that but basically our server ghosted us after that. We decided to pay by the app as our server was not reappearing and we specifically did not want to tip, why would we? To our surprise we found the app had added a 15% tip. That's just no cool. The food was ok but my wife's meal was really not what she ordered but by that time we just wanted to eat and flee. I would say this young server was either very new or just lacked a lot of training. A very poor experience over all and has made me think twice about going to any other Montanas again

The food here is excellent, and I've noticed significant improvements over the past few years. I really enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich, and in the past, I've tried the combo of pork ribs and wings, both of which were quite tender and flavorful. However, this time the pulled pork was a bit chewy, and certain parts weren't as tender as I remembered. I also ordered the Angus burger, which was wonderfully buttery. I got the lunch trio that included the chicken club, which was a perfect portion for my senior parent. I wasn't a fan of the soup, so I opted for a larger salad instead. As for vegetarian options, there was only one burger available.

This is a very unique restaurant. The ambiance is amazing, but the food was just okay. I ordered the ribs, but they were small and overcooked, resembling more of a candied version. The baked potato was also overcooked. It was definitely a different experience.

Shannon was fantastic. I ordered a medium steak, but it arrived well done. Shannon promptly addressed the issue and got me a medium steak instead. She didn’t just replace the steak; she replaced the entire meal.

I hadn't visited this location before today, but I've always enjoyed Montana's menu. The hostess was friendly and polite, and our server Zach was fantastic. He had great energy and checked in at just the right times—not too often, not too rarely. The food was good, and I would definitely come back here again.
