While I was there (December 9th, 2023), there was this old white lady in a blue coat who seemed like a manager or inspector for McDonald 's. She was so incredibly rude and racist to the staff there. Below are some of the quotes I heard: Why you standing there doing nothing? Make yourself useful and do something! Hey , if they ever start talking in their own language again you let me know .Of course the majority of the staff are Indian and those comments were made to them as well. This was all said during service and customers waiting for food. Absolutely unacceptable for an employee to get that kind of verbal abuse in front of customers. Sure...they work for an English establishment in an English speaking country, but that kind of conversation has to happen behind doors and not open for customers to witness. Hopefully someone from McDonald 's management sees this and some action is taken against that woman.Food and service was fine. It 's McDonald 's.
