The mac and cheese is not it ,it was more creamy than cheesy ,the food is "fresh "and thats always a plus but the oil for frying needs to be changed ,it could 've been cleaner ,the glasses needs some windex etc , the shrimp was definitely my fav the brisket was just Ok but im not usually into briskets and pulled anything jn general But of course the corn bread is top tier but overall i gave it a 3 because theres potential but its just not quite there for me ... is go beck for sure just for certain items only .. z

Why Google can I only give five stars that seems inadequate for this entire experience…..

The place is so nice the service was excellent’ you definitely have to come here asap. I’m cane from Oshawa to Mississauga for this.

Every time I’m here the vibes are great and the food is impeccable. The staff and service are awesome and you can’t beat their food. Above expectation and will definitely try again!

We just ordered from here tonight, and won’t be back :(We waited over 43 minutes and paid $50 for 2 sandwiches, mac and cheese, fries and 2 sides of cornbread. The chicken sandwich, shrimp sandwich and cornbread were good, but the mac and fries were disappointing. We were happy to support a Black-owned business, but between the food quality, wait time and price, the math wasn’t mathing. The server was nice though, apologized for the wait and gave us 2 free water bottles, which we appreciated.
