This is the OG spot. They are probably my favourite for bubble tea. They have the best flavours and combinations! Their tapioca options make things so much better! Their tapioca isn't tough like most places and I also love the fact that I can get the small tapioca.The inside of this place is a little small and can get full quickly but it's not a big problem. Definitely try this place for bubble tea! Although their prices have increased a lot over the years, it's worth it at least once in a whileParking: It's a big plaza and you will have no issues finding parking

The GOAT when it comes to bubble tea. Honeydue milk teal will blow you away. Yes it's a bit pricey but it's legit the best.

I’ve been here several times and have only ordered their bubble tea ahead of time. Their bubble tea is great, keeps me coming back for more. I preorder and pay on the hungry panda app ahead of time before I go to work. There’s only been one occasion where my order was ready when I got there for the scheduled pick up time. Every other time it’s late and I’m waiting longer than expected. Knowing this, I started coming later than the pick up time. Yesterday it was supposed to be ready at 6:41pm and I got there at 6:48pm. I saw one of my bubble teas in the plastic wrap thing and the other waiting to be wrapped. I waited as they were taking someone else’s order but she could see I was there waiting for a pickup order as I wasn’t in line. I eventually had to politely interrupt as the person ordering was taking a long time and I had to get to work. She didn’t want to help me until I pleaded with her that I have already paid, it’s sitting there waiting to be wrapped and I really needed to go. I know it might seem small to others but it is extremely irritating that they are consistently late with preorders even after me accommodating this by coming later (yes their bubble tea is that good). It defeats the whole purpose of preordering and just not considerate of their customers’ time. Will be going elsewhere for my pre work bubble tea because this just seems to be a pattern at this point.

Got the pork chop rice. It was super greasy but tasty. Price was cheap. We also got the bubble tea and that was pretty good!
