I had a truly disappointing experience with the service tonight. After waiting an hour and ten minutes for our order, I decided to call to check on its status. Unfortunately, no one answered for 15 minutes.

These guys are fantastic! We experienced a mix-up with our order and only received about a quarter of what we had originally requested. However, to save the day, they quickly handled the situation and ensured our complete order was delivered.
