The food and our server personally were great. But they seem to pick and choose how they treat each customer. We had outside drinks and were told we could not bring them in which we were fine with we took them back to our vehicle, but then two other customers came in who they seemed to know had outside drinks and they allowed them to bring them in and choose seating. If you have rules like they they should be applied to everyone not who you choose or who you favor.

I just got breakfast from here the chef needs to be fired the food is half cooked it’s cold, the chef didn’t melt my cheese my sausage look like they popped it in the microwave this is the second time I stopped here with same results, I’m too tired to go back ask for a refund I just finished my shift so I just lost $17 (SMH)get a chef who loves to cook not someone who just wants a job

Edit: There are so many wonderful local restaurants in Winslow where the food and customer service is always amazing (we went the Brown Mug yesterday where we were treated so kindly). Go to a local restaurant instead. If it’s too late in the day, just get fast food. Don’t come here. We’ve been to this location twice around 8-9 for a late dinner bc we’ve been working late. Both times, we were never greeted and immediately got the feeling that we weren’t welcome. The first time was August 2 and the server was incredibly rude and forgot my entree. The second was tonight and the server was annoyed that we were dining in and sat us at a dirty table. We left immediately because it is so uncomfortable to be served by a person who obviously doesn’t want us there. I don't expect stellar customer service, I just want to eat dinner. I do expect common courtesy and to treated like a human being. If your servers don’t want to serve us, I would rather they express that up front instead of making us feel uncomfortable for our entire meal. If you’re going to be weird to people, at least be brave about it.

Our breakfast was ridiculously expensive. Greasy. Poor service. No more Denny's for me.
