Smoothie King - Weatherford

The drinks are good but I always feel like I'm bothering them when I go to pay, like I'm not welcomed.

I love Smoothie King but this one always has a problem w the scanner for the app and for some reason, when they can scan, I don't get my points....Wi-Fi issue maybe. I am writing this review though because they seem to always short me 2-6 oz. when I get a 40 oz...the cup is 40 oz but I only get like 34-36 oz. It's the only location that does this....so I just started getting the 20 oz.

If your hours say open at 0800; you should be open at 0800. You missed out of 4 different customers in the drive-thru!!

Had some issues with various smoothies not being consistently made. Spoke to Donna and she was extremely helpful and prompt in replying to my concerns. I have since gone back to this location numerous times and every smoothie has been perfect. Every time go the staff has always been professional, personable and seem genuinely happy to be there even though they are always busy. I want to especially mention Landrie who last served me. It was way too early and they were way to busy for her to be as happy as she was. : Thanks for starting my day so well. Keep up the good work.

This is my third time here at this location, and each time they’ve made my smoothie watery. I complained about it this time and they did make it thicker but now there’s NO TASTE! Not going back at this location.
