"The food at Big Yellow Cup is absolutely delicious! They offer complimentary drinks, which is a fantastic perk. The general manager, Shannon, is great at portioning the beef just right. They even serve my favorite original sauce, along with sweet and spicy options. The new blackboard graphics enhance the dining experience, and the restrooms are spotless. And… drum roll, please!"

This BBQ restaurant is decent. It has a clean atmosphere and the staff is friendly. My meal was just okay; the brisket was a bit dry, which is unusual since it’s usually much juicier. The sausage, however, was tasty, and both the beans and coleslaw were good as well.

I also want to mention the service. The two young men working there were doing their best to handle the dinner rush, but they definitely needed more help. However, that doesn't excuse the rude behavior of some customers who expected to have their needs met immediately, completely disregarding the other diners waiting in line. It's unfortunate that in a busy restaurant where two polite, hardworking young men were trying to keep up, some patrons could be so thoughtless and discourteous.

The food was dry and cold! I was only given two tiny cups of BBQ sauce for my pork platter, and I felt like I was being closely monitored to ensure I didn't ask for more. We were the only customers in the restaurant at 12:20, yet it took them ten minutes to take our order with only two employees working. This is my second disappointing experience here, and it really tarnishes the reputation of Dickey's. I won't be returning.

I spent nearly $50 on this meal, and it wasn't worth it. The pulled pork was dry, and for a $20 plate that promised two meats, I received less meat than what's in a McDonald's hamburger. I requested chili mac and cheese but ended up with regular mac and cheese instead, despite paying extra for it. I also paid for ranch dressing that was not included. I ordered through Uber Eats, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I won't be returning!
