Arrived at 6:50, at 7:45 still not served. You don't have to be hungry or in a hurry.

Online orders not received at the end of the morning. I'm returning the order obviously instead of the pickup at noon I get it at 12:27! Certainly the gentleman has explained to us several times that it is not him that it is computer science, it is the second time that it happens to me to order and not to have an order taken into account he has obviously offered me something to compensate me. In short the salad I had not ordered and the pizza I had asked prediscovered wasn’t even the pizza was cold even if the ingredients are delicious and usually I love these pizzas so I can really compare with several orders that we’ve already made. I must say, however, that the gratin was very good. Italian gratin I recommend it I tasted the carbonara pasta and sincerely I know how to make the pasta myself and I do it regularly and to tell you they had the taste back so I think that it did not have enough juice and they were too soaked in fact with water. Overall I don’t want the team what’s bothering me very much is that I’m planning not to take too much break on the noon to finish I’ve lost half an hour I hear that it’s not their fault that they compensated me with a dessert because I didn’t want open alcohol I don’t see any alcohol at all on the noon. I know that it’s not obvious for the teams to work to take away and in the room, but it really would have to look back at the computer as I said it’s been twice that it happens to me.
