My Burger - WAYZATA

I ordered food to go from this restaurant and when I got home 20 minutes later, I realized that my order was incorrect. I immediately called the restaurant and left a message explaining the mistake and asking for a call back. It has been since Friday, May 31st and I still have not heard back from them. If the owner's brother was still a regular customer of mine, I would inform him of the issue since the manager has not returned my call.

I had the most incredible service at a burger restaurant. We requested water and the server offered us any soda we wanted instead. Our family of four was looked after by a gentleman who checked on us three times to ensure we had napkins and everything we needed. He even cleared our table at the end. It felt like we were dining at a fine-dining establishment. The burgers were delicious too! They have high chairs available for kids and take great care of their customers. Fantastic experience overall.

They screwed up my food and to make it even gave me a free burger card. Turns out that’s a scam. Your “free burger” will cost you $10. Pretty pathetic when trying to make it even after a screw up.

Brought my friends who have never been to My Burger here. Guy up front was fantastic! Very polite, he made sure our table was clear and explained the menu and the burger of the month since my friends hadn't been there before. He brought our food out very fast and even checked how everything was going and then cleared our table when we were done eating. He is very excellent at his job and deserves a raise. Food wise it was delicious we are all full and happy and it came out fresh and ready to be eaten!

The burgers at this restaurant are delicious, especially the Original and California varieties! The staff is also very friendly.
