Watami Sushi And Noodles - Waynesville

I was there with a group of four and we all had excellent meals. I had the mango magic roll and it was absolutely fabulous. I wish I had taken a photo because it was also lovely to look at. I've eaten here a few times and every time the food has been superb. Highly recommend.

I'm a big eater, and my noodle dish was 2 very generous meals. I could have split it into 3 easily. My 13 year old said she has a new favorite sushi spot.

I took my four year old daughter in for sushi today during our dad and daughter day. We walked in and the hostess says we close at three, that’s two mins! I said we knew what we wanted so we could place a Togo order and she sat us. Then in front of us she told the server she had two people seated for her and the server gave a sarcastic response feigning how happy she was. The sushi chef then turned to the hostess and told her to take the table and she could wait on us and clean up our mess while everyone else left. This was beyond a lack of professionalism.At this point my daughter and I stood up and said that it was obviously a problem so we would go. They all jumped in that it wasn’t. Really? You just stood feet away from us and argued about us. I have came in there to support local businesses and the food is really hit or miss. My children and myself have got extremely sick eating here before but have continued to give them support and our money. After this I believe I’ll just head out of town and take my money elsewhere. What a shame.

What a great experience! I was in town visiting family, and we had a wonderful dinner at Watami. The food was top-notch with large portions compared to a lot of other sushi restaurants. Our server was also very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Ordered about 50$ worth of food for two. Got home went to eat me pad, Thai and smelled rotten and taste even worse… fried rice with orange chicken was fine but the fried rice had a smellTook the pad Thai back after getting home and having to go back out they charged me for order something different and the made me pay the difference.. lack of customer service the lack of empathy of understanding that the pad Thai was disgusting Lack of customer service 100
