I arrived just 5 minutes before closing with my cousin, and the employee who was closing informed me that she would only serve one of us. She then unprofessionally stated that she would only make one sub. When I asked if I could order for my cousin as well, she told me I couldn’t. It’s disheartening to see that in 2023, racial discrimination is still present in this small town. I acknowledge that everyone works hard, just as I do, but showing respect can go a long way, especially in a time when staffing is limited.

I waited in line for about 12-15 minutes while a single employee served a family of three, each ordering different sandwiches. There was another staff member present, but they weren't assisting with the line. When it was finally my turn to place my order, I was informed that they were out of Italian bread. Unbelievable! The place also needs a thorough cleaning and some remodeling. Meal type: Lunch.

We had been traveling since 6 AM, and by 9:30 PM, we were just half an hour away from closing time. It was clear that the young man working there had already started to clean up and prepare for closing. Despite this, he greeted us with a smile the entire time.
