Bojangles - Waynesville

Terrible experience. The manager was quite rude. The food was tough and overly dry, as if it had been left out for hours. I definitely do not recommend this place and have no intention of returning. I also noticed the manager was disrespectful to other customers while I was dining.

I've never visited this Bojangles and received my correct order on the first try. Even when the food is hot and fresh—which isn’t the case every time— the service is just average. On two occasions, I witnessed someone who seemed to be a manager reprimanding the girl at the drive-thru quite loudly for mistakes she didn't even make. Although the girl at the drive-thru was a bit slow, she was very kind and didn't deserve to be treated that way.

I have ordered the same meal every morning at almost the same time every morning for a year now and was just told that they don't do them untill 9 am which was a lie. After waiting in a line for 30 minutes. Just went to another Bojangels same town. Gotexactly what I wanted and it still isn't 9am. Just wanted to back up that I was lied to.

We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered online and were informed that our order would be ready by 7:30 PM. I arrived just before that time, only to be told that they didn't have my order. When I attempted to place a new order, I found out that the store had closed at 7 PM!

Bojangles has the best chicken on the planet. Source my spouse Carole, a five star chicken hawk expert. Their biscuits are also in a class by themselves. Do not miss the egg, sausage and cheese biscuit, or bacon if you prefer. Sorry chicken fil a, you donot even come close.
