At 8:15 in the morning, it seemed like they had already experienced a full day’s worth of customers and were unable to keep up with the cleanliness. I won't be returning to this location.
Came here to do a GrubHub delivery. I arrive and a not-so-nice man tells me they are no longer doing grubhub and he doesn 't know why they keep sending people and then turns his back to me. I get the message and leave, to figure out what to do next (I 've never had a restaurant unable to fulfill an order before) and get instructed to place the order manually and pay with the grubhub card. So I attempt that as well and turns out the card won 't work and the same man, again quite not-nice says he can 't help me and I need to figure it out. Now, don 't get me wrong. Yes I do and this situation sucks. But does he have to be so rude?? Here I am in a new situation and trying to figure it out but a rude manager not giving me two seconds to figure out anything before just turning his back to me and walking off doesn 't seem very nice. I understand customer service industry sucks to work for. But you also kinda have to not be an ****..
McDonald's offers mobile app ordering. We ordered and sat by the sign for 20 minutes. The drive thru traffic was VERT light. I went inside and our order was sitting on the counter. The lady behind the counter said sorry, she didn't have anyone to bring out the order?? Isn't that how it's advertised?? Then when I got outside, the food was ICE COLD!! I had to go back inside and complain and wait another 10 minutes to get new food, AND THAT WASN'T HOT EITHER!!! Avoid this location at all cost. It's the worst one I've ever been to
Bring your winter clothes, it is freezing in there! We stopped and got take out and it was reasonably quick even though the drive thru was super busy. I will say as an observer that while we were waiting on our order two different people had to come back in after going through the drive thru to get their order corrected. I cannot imagine that it would slow the process to verify the correct food in the bag. One was missing 4 items and still had to wait too long to have their order fixed, should have been priority 1.
I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit for my mother-in-law and they gave me a sausage biscuit. I didn't know until I got all the way home. I'll call back and they won't even answer the phone. it is good that she is not allergic to sausage. I need a refund for my order, but I think I'm going personally.
