Viaggio - Wayne

This was my first time dining at Viaggio and the food was excellent and unique. I ordered the Color Trap with lamb pancetta, New Jersey black bass, and prosciutto-wrapped monkfish. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning.

Food is always fantastic. Such a gem tucked away in a strip mall.

The meal at this restaurant is consistently excellent. The special menu for Father's Day was fantastic. The server was delightful.

Superb Father’s Day dinner. The ribeye steak was superb and the excellent Black Bass.

We went on a Saturday; and it was busy, but not packed. the restaurant has beautiful decor, not excessively done, very tastefully minimalist. the service was ok, the first order placement took a little, but the server was a little busy, it was understandable. that was amazing. my wife had a prosciutto and grilled peach beaker that was great, and I had a carburized octopus beaker with fava beans that knock my socks out. I can't find my socks. the otopus was perfectly boiled, the aromen came so well together, really amazing. the white lasagna with granat padano and calf was delicious when a bit small for a pasta dish. for the escape my wife had a hanging steak dish that was very good, perfectly cooked. but the star of the show was the berkshire blackhouse. oh. my quality. delicious. unbelievably encapsulated not how this world was this court! I have eaten many pork chops, many places, in many countries. this left them all behind, as the perfect kiss from the prinzessin braut. boiled to a perfect medium, tender, juicy, and the carburized pfirsiche added so well. really one of the best meat dishes I've ever had. they make one like and have it medium when they have it. the cocos and pineapple pair for dessert was also very tasty when a little to runny. if they are in a 50 miles radius of this place, they have to try. oh, and it is byob, so they bring something beautiful brunello di montalcino to complete the experience.
