I have one favorite food that keeps bringing me back time and time again: the Doritos taco. The staff here is friendly, the service is quick and efficient, and they pay close attention to your order, ensuring you get exactly what you asked for. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the tables are cleaned regularly. Enjoy your meal! Just a heads up: this Taco Bell does not offer refill options or foundations.

Today, I visited Taco Bell in Willowbrook Mall. I ordered one Supreme Crunch, which is priced at $4.19 on their website. However, when I went to pay, I was charged for two, which was not what I requested. I had to wait 10 minutes, despite it being a fast food establishment, only to be told that my order had been canceled. After a total wait of 15 minutes, I finally received my order, but only got one taco instead of the two I had paid for. When I approached the staff to address the issue, they tried to argue with me, claiming I had only paid for one, which is completely absurd. The customer service was terrible.

This location does Taco Bell exceptionally well. It surpasses your expectations of how good a Taco Bell can be.

I ordered the grilled cheese burrito, but both burritos I received were missing the melted cheese on top. Additionally, there was no chipotle sauce included.

Overall, I enjoy this place; it's my favorite fast food spot. However, the delivery can be inconsistent. I often find that my Taco Bell orders get shuffled between drivers because of the long drive-thru line, which can be really frustrating. There was even a time when my order was completely canceled after the first driver mentioned the line was too long, and then the next one told me that the Taco Bell staff said my order had already been picked up.
