Domino's Pizza - Wayne

The delivery takes a long time, and there are occasional mistakes with the orders. However, I don’t think it’s bad enough to deserve just one star.

I will never order from this place again. My order took 40 minutes to be delivered, even though I live just 10 minutes away. The driver decided to make other stops first, so I ended up being the last delivery. The food arrived cold and was unappetizing. We tried to reheat it, but it only got worse. I've been a customer for over 15 years, but I'm done with this place. I’ll make sure everyone in this city hears about this experience.

Andrew is the best man who makes the most delicious cakes. I will definitely come back every time!

I give five stars for the delivery driver who forgot to bring my soda. He went the extra mile and bought a soda from outside to ensure I was happy. Thank you for resolving the missing item issue so quickly—I didn’t even have time to open the pizza box before he returned with the soda a couple of minutes later. I really appreciate it, and I apologize for not mentioning the driver's name!

I'm writing this review not just because the pizza is decent—though the place is well-organized and clean—but mainly to acknowledge the amazing staff working on Christmas. While I was at home with my family enjoying the holiday, these dedicated individuals were hard at work, and I truly appreciate them. I didn’t catch all the names of the staff on that shift, but Kayla was particularly polite and handed me my order with a smile. I believe there were about five people working, and I would love to get them a gift card to express my gratitude. Thank you all for your hard work!
