Panera Bread - Wayland

My lunch was prepared quickly and with it quality. Unique location and design that has a discreet rural New England feeling.

The staff at this point is top notch. We have food allergies and the superior Roberto spent a lot of time to outdated our concerns. I have never seen this level of commitment and professionalism towards customers in every food chain. Everything is fresh and made with great care. Facilities are also super clean.

During a recent visit, next to a large meal, I was impressed by the friendly, welcoming service. From the person who took our mission to the people who prepared the food, all went out to provide excellent service. The most impressive was the care of the woman who cleaned the dining room. When a customer was finished at a table, she cleaned the table and the seats and cleaned herself in all the coats. She moved tables to the ground. The public areas were immaculate due to their cleaning. This is a well managed location.

Food is always fresh. During my last visit, a black bean soup and lobster roll was very cheap as You-Pick-2. 3/4/20 UPDATE: This Panera has closed.
