Dreadful eating and terrible service waitress even called us a bad name in Spanish when we left because we didn't like it and not like service

Ordered door-slag pickup, order was confirmed, and was registered was ready. in the restaurant sat 30 minutes waiting, then was told to the door lock system, was not in the first place, then that she was a glitter..... Completely lying and then refused to let me speak with a manager. are still sitting and waiting. will never order or eat here again. very bad customer service.

Waiting for bursts was unacceptable, waiting for our drinks (soda and water) was unacceptable, waiting for food unacceptable. the food was good, the waitress was nice. they are very understated. there was a table that said they were waiting for her two hours. I understand you're shorthanded. but if they only have one cook and two server close their doors until they can get a complete staff. they are suffering and they will end up losing more money in the length and get a bad reputation. I hope they will find a full staff soon. our waitress did her best. but customers must come first.

I visited this restaurant while visiting my mom and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and excellent service. The salsa was the best I've ever had, and I believe it was worth every penny. The staff all deserve raises, especially during these difficult times. I will definitely be returning to this place in the future. Thank you!

We decided to try a new restaurant for date night on 2/12/22 instead of our usual spots, based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, our experience at this place was disappointing and we will not be returning. Everything took an incredibly long time, from being seated in a mostly empty restaurant to receiving our check at the end of the meal. Despite there being no line and no wait for a table, it took almost 10 minutes to be seated. The salsa that came with our chips was not good, and the queso blanco dip was very runny. My food was plated nicely and tasted good, but my companion did not receive the rice he had requested. Another couple leaving the restaurant warned us about the bad service, and we should have heeded their advice. A couple who came in after us was also left waiting for service and ultimately left without even ordering drinks. Our waitress seemed friendly but talked excessively every time she came to our table, prolonging our already slow dining experience. Overall, the food was subpar and the service was extremely slow, leading to a bill of $49 for two meals and two drinks. We both agreed that we would have had a better meal for a lower price at a nearby restaurant. The picture included in the review shows our food, minus the missing rice. We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant.
