Pizza Hut - Waxhaw

Amazing experience, as always. Don’t usually write reviews, but after having another train wreck of an experience at Domino’s, decided to commemorate places that do business right. Ordered on app and said would be ready in 15 minutes, arrived at the store 16 minutes later, and my order was ready, and perfectly made. As always they open the pizza in front of you to be sure you’re satisfied, excellent quality control and customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip the 2 hour wait everywhere else and just order from here!

Always have been quick and amazing. Customer service is ALWAYS perfect!! My family and I never hesitate to purchase good from here. Leading the way for ALL OTHER pizza hut locations... seriously!!!!

After a disappointing experience a couple of years ago, I decided to give this Pizza Hut location another chance, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and some of their new fried apple pies. The delivery driver arrived within 20 minutes, and the meal was delicious. Since I've had a few negative experiences with Papa John's, I've switched to ordering exclusively from Pizza Hut, and their service and food have only improved. Just now, I received one of the best-made pizzas I have ever seen, delivered by a friendly and courteous driver.

I was in need of a quick dinner option, and Pizza Hut in Waxhaw, NC came through. Ordering online was simple, and I was able to pick it up in-store without any hassle. The food was ready right on time and everything was correct with my order. I have no complaints!

Service was fast efficient. Driver was extremely courteous and cheerful. Pizza was really good, but Pizza Hut has gotten nearly cost prohibitive. For a medium pizza to be delivered it was way too costly. I would need to have a better deal or win the lottery to ever order again.
