Domino's Pizza - Waxhaw

Update: I responded to Kyle’s request to email and haven’t heard back in 10 days, so I’ve dropped my rating from 3 to 1 star. Update 2: Although I never heard back from Kyle, I decided to give them another shot and, fortunately, I haven’t experienced any issues with the food or service. There have been some timing delays, but nothing too serious. Considering that along with the initial lack of communication, I think I can raise my rating to 4 stars.

Furthermore, I tried calling the location to inquire about my order but I was never able to get through. I pressed 3 to speak to someone since I had already placed my order, but that option wasn’t valid. As I write this, I've been waiting over 60 minutes on top of the estimated 28-38 minute wait time. I can only hope that my pizza is still warm when it finally arrives.

There seems to be a problem with the system that sends orders to the wrong location, and I've been informed that they couldn't deliver my order. Previously, we had to call to fix a similar issue, but this time I called the Waxhaw location to explain the situation and overheard a staff member yelling in the background, asking why they don't just drive over since they are so close. That was completely uncalled for! I've heard many others complain about the service, but I hadn't encountered it myself until tonight. I won't be spending my money at this place again until they have a more competent team serving customers. I'm very disappointed!

My family loves Pizza, and we've tried just about everywhere locally and there are a lot of great options, but we are at a strong consensus the very best Pizza in town is from Dominos specifically the Waxhaw location. That is a well run Pizza shopwith hard workers that seem to hustle non stop and we appreciate it.

I order a pizza around 12pm and now it is 2pm. I waited two hours and I been told one of the manager that one of his delivery driver is already out since he/she got two or more delivery. I expected they were fast n get here on time. How do i know this? Iwas a former employee until my parents force me to quit since they give me ?one freebie? to work there to if I like it or notbut they don?t want me do delivery. I also look at the tracker n that tracker need to do some fixing or updating.
