Little Caesars Pizza - Waxahachie

Dear little Cesars! I've been to Little Cesars since I was just a little cheerio. When I was in the hospital, I had my family friends in Cesar's pizza. If I'm on my deathbed, do I order a little Cesar's last slice? Cesar's pizza!

Emmanuel waited for several people in the window, in the store, on the phone? More tasks! He was the only person concerned for the customers. He was polite and on his job! He finally had a person who came, but just stood when he worked a number of people. He needs a high five and an increase!! He thought when I asked about his name, I wanted to say something negative..lol I think when people are working hard and showing respect for others will be noticed! Especially when it's hard to get someone to show up in those days.. It was also his day off! Emmanuel thank you for coming today, put an example of peace!! I hope your boss reads this.. I asked for a survey to return a positive feed! Pizza is great and just like I ordered.

First time customer at this location, in fact probably have not had a Little Caesars pizza in decades, but due to disappointment in the other pizza establishments in town we decided to try a new pizza place. Pizza was excellent, will return.

I ordered crazy bread and a stuffed crazy bread, the stuffed was fine! But i asked for extra Parmesan and butter and even paid for it. These were completely dry and the crazy bread was burnt and even had flour stuck to it. I called and wanted to solve it just to ask what i could do and got told i could have a replacement, and i didnt even want anything like a replacement or refund i just wanted to let them know what was wrong with it! But when i get moved from two different workers to the manager (over the phone that was working she got very angry with me and told me that ?she prepared them herself so theres no way they could be burnt? even though there were other problems i stated as well. Yes they did provide the option to replace them which im thankful for that! And I understand short staff. Im upset with how i was treated over call while i was very calm and even apologized for having to make a complaint. I was repeatedly told that she did nothing wrong to the food that she made them herself. But there should not be flour stuck to every piece of bread, it being hard to the touch, and when you pay for extra sometimes you would expect it! As you can see in the pictures the quality and i wouldnt even be making this complaint if there was respect during the call and in the situation but just know that i hope youre blessed and that if anyone has a problem next they wont be treated rudely :

There was a orange flavor piece of gum on my pizza and I almost bit into it. The pizza was really good tho but the gum ruined my appetite.
